Marc has over 30 years of experience working with tapes and records.

His family background is in fine music and movies.  He is a former projectionist and dabbled in college radio.

He is the son of famed soprano, Mary Simmons and his father Jack was the president of Famous Players Theatres Canada and a pioneer motion picture executive for 50 years.

His grandfather and uncles were respected Cantors in the Jewish community.

Marc has been collecting records since early childhood and has ammased a library sought after by some of north america’s leading universities.
